  • What is sports performance? It is the ability to efficiently and effectively execute functional movements required in sports activities while minimizing the risk of injury. It emphasizes the integration of fundamental movement patterns, proper biomechanics, mobility, stability, strength, power, and coordination to enhance athletic performance. Sports performance focuses on functional movement patterns specific to the athlete's sport, such as running, jumping, cutting, and throwing. By improving movement efficiency, body control, stability, and strength within these patterns, athletes can enhance their performance and reduce the potential for injury during sports activities.

  • In this course, athletes will learn more about their body's capabilities and limitations, helping them to achieve their desired performance goals and decrease their risk of sports-related injuries. Students will be challenged in various ways, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and plyometric training, while improving their balance, flexibility, and coordination during the session. Additionally, each session will incorporate speed, agility, and quickness drills to build upon their athleticism and body control. This course is meant for students of all skill sets, from those who are new to training, to those who are looking to take their game to another level!

We offer 3 different package options when registering for our skill clinics:

First session is only $40 if you've never done a HoopRight workout previously, use coupon code: WELCOME when purchasing your package.

2.

Package 1:  One month duration on Tuesday & Thursday  (8 sessions) $250.

Package 2:  One month duration on Tuesday's Only (4 sessions) $150.

Package 3:  One month duration on Thursday's Only (4 sessions) $150.

3.

Once you have purchased your package, you may log in to your account to see and manage all your current packages.

4.

Number of sessions purchased must be used within the given duration. Sessions can not be carried over towards a new term.

5.

Players must attend only their scheduled practice slot.
