Service Description
In this course, athletes will learn more about their body's capabilities and limitations, helping them to achieve their desired performance goals and decrease their risk of sports-related injuries. Students will be challenged in various ways, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and plyometric training, while improving their balance, flexibility, and coordination during the session. Additionally, each session will incorporate speed, agility, and quickness drills to build upon their athleticism and body control. This course is meant for students of all skill sets, from those who are new to training, to those who are looking to take their game to another level! Prior to the start of your training program, students will participate in an assessment to gather their baseline measurables depending on the package purchased (not available for a trial session ). We will utilize a functional movement screen, vertical jump measurement, and mobility test and will continue measuring your progress throughout the program.
